Cannon Street Curve: 16th March 2014

Occasionally someone will mention in passing or something will pop up on the internet that makes you go ... "OK .. gonna do that".
On this occasion it was engineering works between London Bridge to Charing Cross. All trains into London on the Southeastern were diverted in to Cannon Street where you could change to get to Charing Cross. This involved a move across from Cannon Street over Metropolitan Junction to Charing Cross. It helped that some of the trains to Cannon Street were stopping at East Croydon.
The trip cost me a meal out for the wife and kids but it was worth it.
