Well done to TfL for doing their utmost best to screw up my morning with their poor communication, dangerous practice and mind numbing decisions.
From Selhurst, Southern ran to time but it was 455s again. 2J08 gave me 455835, 455829.
The Jubilee line wasn't running properly and the Northern was going slow too, it always going to be a bit awkward. What I didn't expect was the poorly managed chaos in the area in front of the barriers. Of course allowing people to queue up is one thing but to shift them to another area when they were orderly queued was plain stupid. The usual plastic announcements about they care about safety hence everyone being kept be the barriers was given but they didn't care about safety as there were two women on the point of fainting from the crush and heat there. And when the idiots release the barriers they only opened HALF of them causing a crush to get through the limited areas. Well done TfL for your utter stupidity!
So now running late I got to Liverpool Street for 1P14 Liverpool Street to Norwich with 90006 doing the honours. Pulling out of the station alongside us at 09:00 was 345017 on 2W40 to Shenfield. And waiting to come in was 1P13 from Norwich 90011.
A little way out I managed to get the first 'cop' of the day 315806. Up at Ilford 345006 was stabled and 345009 on a ECS move to Ilford (5V64). 2W36 revealed 345015 and stabled in the sidings were 345012. Shenfield sidings showed up 345022. Nothing new for the book.
Colchester sidings had 321351 in them and the RHTT passed me 3S60 Stowmarket DFL to Stowmarket DFL with 37259, 37602. Up at Manningtree 90005 heading into London with 1P23 and 321342 waited to take 2A12 to Harwich.
Ipswich:
Stabled in the sidings were 70007, 66554, 66590, 66558, 66543, 66555, 66587, 66419. Passenger trains were:

At Derby Road, I popped to CoastalDCC to get some DCC chips for my loco fleet. Back to the station for 2R13 1128 Felixstowe to Ipswich 153322 . On the way back in 66759 passed me some 11 minutes late with 4L02 0331 Hams Hall Gbrf to Felixstowe North Gbrf. In the Ipswich yards were 66751 and 66554.
Shortly 66951 arrived with 0T87 (according to Traksy). A few more passenger services passed through:

Setting off to London, well Stratford for me, we stopped at Manningtree with 321342 about to head off with 2A20 to Harwich. Then at Colchester 4L31 0903 Bristol Freightliner Trml to Felixstowe North F.L.T. waited with 66511 . The previously mentioned class 37s returned with RHTT.
It was quiet the rest of the trip apart for the loud mouth woman on her mobile in the quiet coach. At Shenfield sidings 345022 rested and at Gidea Park 345014, 345008 did the same.
At Stratford I picked up the now running Jubilee line to London Bridge.
700130 took me back to Croydon 9R33 1405 Bedford to Gatwick Airport (London Bridge to East Croydon).
Later we went out as a family for a nice birthday meal :-)
