So here we are in December and I had a day of leave left to use it or lose it. So I had planned a Goblin Line trip but as I had done that recently I set about the 717s again. The aim being: 10 miles on each unit.

It got a bit confusing here. According to Real Time Trains my 07:01 train to Royston was cancelled yet on the platform it was showing as running and about 9 minutes late. It did turn up at 07:09 and was late throughout.
