Work has been mnore than a little testing this week so I was glad to get out a little early. The Bromley Bash didn't geive me much in the way of winners to it was the Hither Green Hop this time around.
Bold = Haulage, Red = Winner, All others are sightings.
Crossing over to platform 2 it was on to 9J38 Hosham to Peterborough (East Croydon to London Bridge) 700126.
it was on here I realised I had a little extra time so I decided to change and go to London Bridge and catch my usual train from there.
2W40 Ashford International to Charing Cross (London Bridge to Charing Cross) 375821, 375823 (both winners)
Once in there I crossed to platform to and walked to the country end of the platform to get a photo of the trains coming in.
2N78 Charing Cross to Gravesend (Charing Cross to Hither Green) 465038, 465196, 466013 (both 465s winners and cleared for 5 miles)
It was at Hither Green that I got the Short Formed!
6Y42 Hoo Juntion Up Yard to Eastleigh East Yard 66719 and short forned with just one wagon!
2F45 Orpington to Cannon Street (Hither Green to London Bridge) 376021, 376029 (both winners and cleared for 5 miles)
At London Bridge I really couldn't face getting a 700 to Croydon and changing so I went and caught
2J45 London Bridge to East Croydon (London Bridge to Selhurst) 377602 (non winner)
The fun didn't stop there!
at Peckham Rye a late running freight passed me 4O62 Churchyard Sdgs (Tarmac) to Hither Green Down Recept 66199.
