More Trains But More Awkward

Okay I really thought that this would be easier than the Brigg line. That line has just the one train a day in each direction and this had two westbound and one eastbound. How wrong I was!
The Leeds to Goole line via Snaith and Pontefract Monkhill was going to prove one hell of a awkward trip. There is always something that inspires my choice of line and this one is no different. This time it's the very energetic GLovesTrains YouTube video of the line.

Plan

Do I try to get to Goole for the first train (2F46 07:42 Goole to Leeds) or catch the only eastbound train (2F25 17:58 Leeds to Goole)?
The first option is far from possible unless I spend a night in Goole. With that being said the only real option to cover the line is the Eastbound train. Rather than waste a day to do just that one train over the line it is best to incorparated in to a full day out as long as I am in Leeds no later than 17:00 so I can grab some food. 2F25 will get me in to Goole at 19:07 and from there there are limited options.

Now what to do?
I now need to get back to London and home. so what options do I have: What to do?
Usually I have an answer. This time I really don't. Goole has no Travelodge, Holiday Inn or Premier Inn.
Maybe look into a train to Hull and a hotel there. I'll update this plan when I can.
