Selby, 155s and Yarm

For many years whilst at York I've seen the trains depart from platform 1 to Selby and beyond. Two reasons to do this trip.

• The bit line I need (Selby South Jn to Hambleton North Jn [4m 13ch])
• Class 155 haulage

Also I've been up and down the East Coast Mainline (ECML) many times and I have been to Middlesbrough from Darlington but the Yarm line hasn't been one I've managed to tick off yet.

The Plan

Option 1:
London to Leeds
Leeds to Selby
Selby to York
York to Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough to York
York to London

Option 2:
London to York
York to Selby
Selby to Leeds
Leeds to Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough to York
York to London

Option 3:
London to Selby
Selby to York
York to Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough to York
York to London

Option 1 and 2 would give me all the lines I'd want but the last one would deny me Hambleton East Jn to Leeds.
